It’s been a few weeks since my last FOTD, so I thought it would be fun to feature one of the gorgeous Lid Pop shadows I just reviewed. Willow Pop is a stunning olive green that looks great all over the lids, and because it’s not too pigmented, it’s super easy to work with. I absolutely love this look I created, I hope you do too!
FACE:
- Yves Saint Laurent Touche Eclat Neutralizer in Bisque
- Makeup For Ever Ultra HD Invisible Cover Stick in Y245
- NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer in Custard
- Laura Mercier Universal Loose Setting Powder in Translucent
- Colleen Rothschild Beauty Water
EYES/BROWS:
- Tarte Amazonian Clay Volumizing Brow Powder in Rich Brown
- LORAC Behind the Scenes Eyeshadow Primer
- Clinique Lid Pop Eyeshadow in Willow Pop (lids) and Cream Pop (inner corner)
- Kat Von D Shade + Light Eye Palette
- Urban Decay 24/7 Liner in Muse
- NARS Audacious Mascara (top and bottom lashes)
- Velour Silk Lashes for Sephora
CHEEKS:
- Josie Maran Argan Enlighten Illuminizer
- LORAC Unzipped Cheek Palette (Unapologetic and Unimaginable on cheeks)
- Too Faced Milk Chocolate Soleil Bronzer
- Laura Geller Baked Gelato Swirl Illuminator in Gilded Honey
LIPS:
- Givenchy Le Rouge Lipstick in 102 Beige Plume
- Dior Addict Lipstick in 561 Wonderful (layered over Beige Plume)
EYES…After priming, I applied a light peach transition from the Kat Von D Palette (laetus). Next, I sprayed a synthetic eye brush with MAC Fix + and applied Clinique Lid Pop Shadow in Willow Pop all over the lids. For the crease and outer corner, I once again reached for the Kat Von D palette, placing lucius in the crease, and solas in the outer corner. I blended any harsh edges with ludwin, and dragged Willow Pop and lucius under my lower lash line.
I used two coats of NARS Audacious Mascara, then applied a pair of silk falsies from the Velour line at Sephora. I bought these months ago, and the box doesn’t have the lash name on it, so I actually have no clue what their called. Sorry! Next, I lined my upper lash line and water line with an Urban Decay 24/7 Liner in Muse. Lastly, I applied Cream Pop to my inner corners for a very light highlight.
FACE…To correct any darkness under my eyes, I used the YSL Touche Eclat Neutralizer in Bisque, blending it out with a flat top kabuki. Then, I applied the Makeup For Ever Ultra HD Stick Foundation, blending with the same brush. The finish of this foundation is dewy, and the coverage is great, so I only needed a tiny bit of concealer to place over the YSL neutralizer under my eyes.
CHEEKS…The cheeks are a little high maintenance today. First, I applied the Josie Maran Liquid Illuminizer to my cheekbones using a stippling brush. Next, I applied a tiny bit of Too Faced Bronzer, then mixed two shades from the LORAC Unzipped Palette. Lastly, I applied the Laura Geller Baked Gelato Swirl Illuminator over the Josie Maran product.
LIPS…I kept things super light and natural, reaching for a Givenchy Lipstick in Beige Plume, and topping it with another nude lipstick from Dior. The Dior product has the consistency of a gloss, so it’s great for layering. My lips are a little chapped though, so this light lip combo didn’t do a great job at hiding that.

This is such a gorgeous eye shadow! Your look is absolutely stunning!
Thank you!! 🙂
Gorgeous look as always! I’m surprised that Willow looks gold in the pan and golden brownish on your lids. The green didn’t show up that well, but it’s still a very pretty shadow
It’s an olive green, that definitely looks more green in person, but like always DSLRs and ring lights wash things out. It’s got brown undertones though, and I used brown transition shades, so it does lean more golden here!
This is stunning! I’m really loving olive shadows at the moment 🙂

Me too! They are so wearable 🙂
I think I need Willow Pop. This look is so great!
That is stunning. I wish you’d had a picture of the Kat Von D shadows since I’m not familiar with them. I love this Clinique shade. You are inspiring me to pull some of mine.
The KVD palette is actually limited edition, it was the Mi Vida Loca palette and sadly it’s all sold out 🙁
This is such a pretty look. I need to stop being afraid of liquid highlighters b/c the one you used is so pretty and natural looking.
Another really pretty liquid highlighter is the Burberry Fresh Glow (I think that’s the name lol). It’s pricey but so pretty!!
Beautiful eye look. I NEED that shadow.
It’s so easy to work with!
That is gorgeous! So many from this line I need
I’m thinking I need more too lol
You look absolutely fabulous! I am in love with that eye shadow shade… it literally is one I know I would get a ton of use out.
It’s a great everyday shade!
Beautiful look, Julie! I adore those olive toned eyeshadows, they’re more unique 🙂 x

The shade is gorgeous. I like that it has mild gold tints to it.
Such a pretty shade, I love the golden tones in it!
